Behavioural Issues
Tantrums, defiance, difficulty focusing, or sudden changes in behaviour can be stressful for the whole family. Behaviour is often a child's way of communicating something they cannot yet put into words.
What this might look like for you
- Viciously checking out via scrolling, eating, or drinking to numb the day.
- Knowing perfectly what you should do, but watching yourself not do it.
- Massive self sabotage right at the moment when things start going well.
- Feeling totally out of the driver's seat when it comes to your own habits.
Most bad habits are just outdated coping skills that kept you safe once upon a time. We will help you thank them and kindly upgrade them.
