Nutan Burman
MSc Clinical Psychology • 3000+ hours of experience
Clinical Focus & Expertise
Nutan works with people facing low self-esteem, low motivation, stress and anxiety, with a special interest in neurodivergence and childhood trauma. She also helps clients with procrastination, relationships, anger, questions of identity, loneliness and the strain of conflicting roles in their lives. Her core expertise lies in children's counselling, neurodivergence and behaviour modification.
Therapeutic Approach
Nutan's practice is humanistic and client-centred, with CBT modules added when structure helps. With children, and with anyone who finds feelings hard to put into words, she draws on play and art based therapy, and she uses behaviour modification and Transactional Analysis to make patterns visible and workable. She is queer affirmative and works to decolonise psychotherapy, so your culture, identity and context shape the work instead of being fitted into a single template. Her focus is on your symptoms and lived experience rather than a diagnostic label, and her methods are evidence-based and grounded in research.

Yashpreet Kaur
MSc Clinical Psychology • 3000+ hours of experience
Clinical Focus & Expertise
Yashpreet supports people living with anxiety, depression, stress, overthinking and OCD, and helps them build self-acceptance, healthier coping and steadier emotion regulation. She works closely with people-pleasing, boundary setting and the harsh self-talk that often sits underneath them, and brings mindfulness into everyday life. Her core expertise is trauma-informed care, people-pleasing, OCD and self-acceptance.
Therapeutic Approach
Yashpreet's approach is humanistic and client-centred, combined with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for practical, structured change. She helps you build emotional awareness so you can notice what you feel and respond instead of react. For OCD she uses Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and all of her work is trauma-informed: gently paced, with your safety and choice at the centre.

Mahima Mohan
MSc Clinical Psychology • 3000+ hours of experience
Clinical Focus & Expertise
Mahima supports people through depression, grief, trauma, OCD, and stress and burnout, and works with couples and families, helping them communicate better and work through conflict together. She has specialist experience in neurorehabilitation, helping people rebuild thinking skills such as memory and attention after neurological conditions, and she supports caregivers carrying the weight of looking after a loved one. Neurocognitive rehabilitation is her core expertise.
Therapeutic Approach
Mahima's approach is humanistic and empowerment-focused: she sees you as the expert on your own life and works to build your confidence and independence. In neurocognitive rehabilitation she first understands the specific areas where a person is struggling, such as memory, attention or planning, and then creates customised plans and activities for each of those areas, so progress is practical, measurable and meaningful in daily life.
