Anxiety

Everyone worries sometimes. Anxiety is when the worry keeps going even when you are safe, and starts to shape what you do, how you sleep and how your body feels. It is one of the most common reasons people come to therapy, and one of the most treatable.

What this might look like for you

  • Your mind feels like a browser with 100 tabs open.
  • You overthink simple texts or daily social interactions.
  • Your chest regularly feels tight and you repeatedly cannot relax.
  • You always feel like you are waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Anxiety is simply your brain trying to protect you by double checking everything. We will help you teach it that you are actually safe.

How therapy can help

  • Understand what sets your anxiety off and what keeps it going
  • Learn practical tools to calm your body and slow racing thoughts
  • Gradually face the situations you have been avoiding, at your own pace

Sessions are 50 minutes on Google Meet, ₹1,500 each or ₹5,100 for a package of 4. Your first 20-minute intro is free.

Common questions

Is anxiety something therapy can really help with?

Yes. Talking therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) have strong research behind them for anxiety. Many people notice a difference within a few sessions as they start using the tools in daily life.

Do I need a diagnosis to start?

No. You do not need a diagnosis or a referral. If worry is getting in the way of your life, that is reason enough to talk to someone.

Ready when you are
